About Kay

My Background

After more than 20 years helping businesses understand people through consumer qualitative research, I’m now combining that experience with my passion for health, nutrition and behaviour change to help women create healthier, happier lives through realistic, sustainable habits.

I grew up at a time when being ‘thin’ seemed to be everything, diets were everywhere, and women were increasingly expected to have it all — successful careers, families and busy social lives. At the same time, ultra-processed and convenience foods were becoming a normal part of everyday life.

By the time I reached my 40s, I realised that despite all the information around me, I wasn’t actually sure what I should be eating or what being genuinely healthy looked like. And the more I searched online, the more confusing and contradictory it seemed.

My Experience

Having my three children sparked a growing interest in nutrition and wellbeing. I began learning more about how the food we eat and the way we live can affect how we feel, both physically and mentally. The more I learnt, the more passionate I became about helping other women make sense of their own health.

I now take a much broader view of wellbeing — looking not only at nutrition, but also at sleep, movement, stress and social connection. Understanding how these areas work together has made a real difference to the way I think about health.

I have completed my Level 5 CNM Health Coach Diploma as a fully qualified Health Coach

My Approach

My approach to coaching is simple and realistic. I’m not here to give you another set of rules or tell you to completely overhaul your life. Instead, I’ll help you understand where you are now, identify what matters most to you, and introduce small, achievable changes that fit into your everyday life.

Because small changes, when they become lasting habits, can make a big difference to how you feel.

“I recently used Kay for Health Coaching. She was clear and non-judgemental and immediately put me at ease. She set realistic goals and made sure not to overwhelm me with too many actions or too much information. She was very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend her”
