Better health. Real life

Healthy habits for lasting change

Health coaching for women who are ready to prioritise themselves and feel their best

Do you spend so much time looking after everyone else that your own health ends up at the bottom of the list?

Maybe you’re feeling tired, your energy isn’t what it used to be, or you know you’d like to eat better and look after yourself but you're not sure where to start. Perhaps you’ve tried making changes before, only to find they’re difficult to maintain when life gets busy.

And with so much conflicting advice about nutrition, exercise, hormones, sleep and what we should or shouldn’t be doing, being healthy can start to feel surprisingly complicated.

It doesn’t have to be.

As a qualified Health Coach, I help busy women cut through the noise and make simple, realistic changes that fit into everyday life. Together, we’ll focus on the areas that can make the biggest difference to you – from nutrition and movement to sleep, stress and social connection.

No diets. No unrealistic routines. No trying to change everything at once.

Just small, sustainable habits that help you feel healthier, happier and more in control of your wellbeing.

“Working with Kay was such a positive experience. She made me feel really listened to and supported and her approach was practical, encouraging and completely non-judgemental. I came away with a much better understanding of my health and some simple changes I could actually stick to”
